Green Bay Lodge - King Suite

Fish, swim, canoe, hike, snowmobile, ice fish, snow shoe, cross country ski and star gaze to your hearts content. Relax and enjoy a drink by the outdoor campfire. The space The King Suite: Private entrance, ground floor, fully stocked kitchenette, 3 pc bath, king size bed, full sized bbq with outside seating. Green Bay Lodge: waterfront, beautiful gardens and green space, dock, large outdoor campfire area, outdoor meditation space, complimentary (first come, first serve) access to canoes and kayaks. Access to snowmobile trails from the Cosby Subdivision Rd. and Lake Manitou. 2 night minimum stay** HST will be charged and remitted by Airbnb. All quoted rates are for double occupancy. Pets are $25 per pet per night. Please see our Pet Policy ( below) before booking. Coffee and tea available in suite, propane, firewood for the campfire and the wood stove* is included with all suite rates. *Studio only, subject to availability PET POLICY & WAIVER FOR GREEN BAY LODGE In order to ensure all of our Guests (dog owners & non dog owners alike) have a safe, relaxing and comfortable stay, we require the following with absolutely no exceptions. Failure to comply will result with the offending guests being asked to leave immediately and without a refund. 1. We welcome one (1) well socialized and well behaved dog per Suite. Any excess barking/noise (to be determined by your hosts) will not be tolerated. 2. Your dog WILL NOT be left unattended for any period of time in your Suite during your stay. 3. A credit card must supplied at the time of reservation to be left on file for ANY additional cleaning or damages to the Suite or property. 4. All guests travelling with their dog must make a reservation for their pet at the time of booking . 5. The charge for your pet is $25.00 per night. 6. Your dog’s waste must be picked up immediately. You will be directed at the time of check in where to place pet waste for disposal. 7. For the safety of your animal, our animals, our other guests and our staff, your dog MUST always be on a lead. Specifically, a non flexible leash. You must have complete control of your dog at all times. 8. Pets are not permitted on any of the furniture/beds in the Suite. Please bring your dog’s crate, bedding, dishes, towels and favourite toys etc. Our bedding, towels and dishes are not for your animals use. This Waiver must be signed and returned to Green Bay Lodge at the time of booking. You will not be able to make a reservation for your pet without it. **Green Bay Lodge or it’s staff will not be responsible for any accident, injury or illness to befall your pet at any time during your stay. PRINT NAME: DATE: SIGNATURE: Guest access All of our suites have private entrances and are self contained units with either a full kitchen (Studio) or kitchenette, bedrooms and 3 pc bath's. We encourage guests to explore the property and make themselves at home while keeping in mind that GBL is also a private residence. Your host lives here! :) Located at the end of a private road, Green Bay Lodge is the perfect secluded Northern getaway. Centrally located on the island at the NW tip of Lake Manitou, we are 25 minutes from Little Current, 25 minutes from Mindemoya, 35 minutes from Gore Bay and 50 minutes from South Baymouth. Note: the Lodge is approx. 3 km's from the main gate. Just keep driving until the end! Plenty of parking for our guests vehicle's with easy access to all of our suites. We do have parking available for larger vehicles, boat trailers, snowmobiles etc. *Motorcyclists take note, we do have loose gravel in our parking area but we can park motorcycles in another gravel free area, with a short walk down the drive to the Lodge. Other things to note GBL has a small boat launch on property suitable for small sailboats, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards etc. We have access to a large launch for trailered fishing boats, inboards and jet ski's etc. Fish/Hunters: We welcome you but please make sure you're aware of the slot sizes, seasons and restrictions and have your fishing/hunting licence with you. We do not sell licences. We do not have motorized boats for rent. There is no hunting permitted on the property.
