The space Enjoy the grounds the home offers, large swimming pool with slide, 10 person jacuzzi, bbq area, firepit great for smores and or enjoying evening drinks, game of corn hole or just sit and relax with cup of coffee and enjoy all the cool hot air balloons flying over the house in the morning hours. Indoors - spacious for large families or groups , with a large living room, family room, game room with pool table, Foosball table, Shuffle board, poker table, and board games to enjoy your stay! **Room Configurations**: Downstairs Bedroom #1 with queen bed and own full bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom#2/ with full size bed -and full bath bathroom with walk-in shower down the hall on the first floor. Bedroom#3 with queen size bed and own full bathroom -(note) bedroom #3 is a separate room with its own private entrance from the pool area Full size bathroom #6 is also down stairs with walk-in shower. Upstairs Master bedroom #4 with King bed and full size futon bed and grand master bathroom Bedroom #5 with queen bed and own full bathroom Bedroom #6 with queen bed and own bathroom ~~IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW~~ ~We take the rules very seriously! Pool heating not available from October thru March as temperatures are still to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat a large body of water. Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature, which you will have a remote to turn on and off to control cost.
