Experience the true spirit of Airbnb on a local farm and feed cows, goats, chickens! We love to host and share our farm! We live in the home. Bathrooms are in a shared location. Check in by 9:30pm on weeknights please. 10pm on weekends, later check-in is sometimes available. We are taking extra cleaning and distancing precautions to ensure safety of everyone. The space You have 24hr access to a half bath with a toilet and sink. The 1/2 bath is located in a shared area accessed by going through the livingroom and kitchen of the main home. The bathroom is not private to the room and even though you'll travel through the main house to access it, we do not use the 1/2 bath. Access to the full bath with a SHOWER is LIMITED to 7:30am-9:30pm. Shower access is closed at night. This shower availability is flexible on the weekends and can be available as late as 10:30 if needed. Due to COVID-19, very limited use of the kitchen by guests is permitted at this time. Your private space is equipped with a set of dishes, microwave and a refrigerator. Kitchen may be used to clean dishes. This space includes a private entrance to your own private rooms (where the sofa bed and twin bed are) and a connected private bedroom with a king bed. These two rooms are connected by a door and wall, but the wall has about an 18in open space at the top for airflow from bedroom 1 to bedroom 2. The rooms are lockable from the inside so families can sleep comfortably knowing the kids are safe. The space sleeps 5 adults pretty comfortably, or up to 6 if a few are kids. The twin is a high quality mattress. There is central air, but we have also installed a wall AC unit so that you may adjust the air if you like it cooler. Rooms include a microwave and coffee maker. There is a second building on the property that is not attached to the main home (where you'll stay) that also may have airbnb guests. Those guests do not have access to the building in this listing. The farm is quite peaceful and you can walk around the shaded property and see woodpeckers, cardinals, flying squirrels and of course our farm animals. You may use the firepit in the backyard to roast marshmallhows and stare up at the stars! Kids enjoy the swing set and tire swing the most. We are happy to help you enjoy all the fun activities on the farm, but also happy to give you your peace and quiet. Other things to note Read our reviews and book with confidence. No parties please.
