Our Home is a Vintage red brick Bronx Villa. This is a freshly renovated apartment and property that offers a Nostalgic NYC Urban apartment feel while offering brand new "everything" . The space Each room has a flat screen smart TV and the spacious living room features a 49" flat screen TV. This living room doubles as a luxury second bedroom. The sofa-bed has been specifically selected for optimal comfort rivaling any good traditional bed. The master bedroom features a queen bed with a ultra plush pillow top mattress which has been specially selected for your comfort, this room also features ample storage space for your clothing and personal effects. The brand new kitchen features modern "high end" appliances including a gas oven and range, microwave, whisper silent dishwasher, and large refrigerator; this is a kitchen that a chef would envy. There is no comparison for a vacation rental anywhere in NYC, this is simply "The Best"! Guest access You can enjoy our private fenced and landscaped backyard for your relaxation. This backyard includes a new grape arbor with fresh concord grapes "when in season" Other things to note There is little need to rent or bring a car. although this is a very quiet neighborhood, just a short 5 min walk away you can board a NYC subway train or bus for fast, quick and cheap access anywhere in NYC ($2.75 gets you anywhere you want to go in NYC). If you do bring your car there is FREE street parking in our neigborhood, and there is always FREE parking available close to the home. We have 2 Mountain bikes avialable for guest use (for those who are capable of safely riding a bicycle).
