Guests coming to Colonial Beach by boat may rent a slip at Bayside Marina and can park their boat trailer (if required) on the property for an additional fee. The cottage is located in The Town of Colonial Beach (this in not in the County and you can walk to most everything) on the same property as the 40-slip Bayside Marina and top-ranked Lighthouse Restaurant. The host is owner and operator of Bayside Marina. Town occupancy taxes are included in the reservation.
