The "Rural Rooms" listing is the largest bedroom (comfortable for a couple) with a queen-sized bed. 2 smaller rooms include the "Quiet Room" listing and a small twin child-size room. In-house Laundry Service available plus on-site massage or stretching appointments booked with experienced professionals. The space Peaceful surroundings in an ol' fashioned country setting. There is no television, but guests have satellite internet access plus your own popular phone 'hotspot.' The porch has rocking chairs with additional outdoor sitting/dining areas. Light breakfast is provided, plus all-day coffee, tea and beverage service are included in the room rate. Close to a Geneva Farm-a lovely local public golf course w/ clubhouse restaurant Guest access Private guest bedrooms are located on the second floor, each room with a comfortable queen-sized bed, desk, chair and internet access. Guests share a main first-floor living room, quiet sunrise room overlooking the pond & several outdoor areas on front porch, patio, and other picturesque spots. Guests share the upstairs bathroom w/ bathtub and shower. The main downstairs room also has a dorm-sized refrigerator, electric tea kettle, and microwave for guests. Close to Peach Bottom, Conowingo Dam, Rocks State park, and Fawn Grove, PA (with quaint antique shops, restaurants and home to the straw-bale construction classes by Architect Sigi Koko.) The farm is also about an 8-mile commute from BelAir shopping/mall complexes, along a serene drive by a running stream with a picturesque bridge. Also state parks, hiking trails, and horseback riding at Percha riding stables. It is 10 mile-drive from the world-renown Ladew Topiary Gardens (with cafe, art shows, concerts, lectures, and rare plant sales.) And a 40-minute commute to Towson and/or downtown Baltimore. Located in Amish farm country, there are interesting sights and travel experiences.
