The upper part of the house can sleep 6 guests without using the lower part of the house. The lower part of the house has one room with a double bed and another room with a bedroom/lounge which has a queen size bed. Both rooms downstairs have en-suite bedrooms. Guest access The house is just 8 minutes drive from Oban. Around 3 miles south of Oban. You have use of all the grounds which are not shared by anyone. Other things to note The downstairs bedroom is wheelchair accessible. The toilet isn’t. Although three of the bedrooms have en-suite showers, two of them are in the downstairs part of the house. If there were six guests in a family and they all wished to stay upstairs, then please note that two of the bedrooms upstairs are not en-suite. They would though have shared access to the main bathroom which has a bath and power shower and has more room than an en-suite. There is a dedicated air source heat pump heating 600 litres of hot water in two tanks. It is unlikely that even in high use by the maximum number of guests that hot water will run out. It automatically heats up without using any boost switch. Heating is on automatic between 18c and 21c. This can simply be turned off or switched to manual which fixed the temperature to myour liking. There is though only one zone in the house, so if the temperate is too hot in one room, then the radiator valves have to be turned off or down. Internet is a direct fibre connection and very fast.
