This stylish place is a perfect retreat in the beautiful Ahrntal. Centrally located in St. Johann, just 300 meters from 2 grocery stores and the bus stop. The space The new, cozy apartment "my living" (4-5 people) is equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing vacation and has a large balcony, a double room with box spring bed, single sofa bed, flat-screen TV and safe, a double room with French double bed (160 x 200) with flat-screen TV and a living area with wardrobe, seating area and USB socket. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove (4 burners), oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, Cremesso coffee machine, plates, dishes, glasses, etc. 1 inviting bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer and 1 other bathroom with bathtub, bidet and hairdryer. Towels, dish towels and linens are included. Breakfast can be ordered at an extra cost and will be delivered as a breakfast basket. All public transport in South Tyrol can be used free of charge by our guests. Upon arrival, you will receive the Holidaypass for this. Guest access There are enough free parking spaces available for our guests. Free use of the small sauna area with Finnish sauna and steam bath. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available (for a fee). Our reception is staffed daily, except on Tuesdays. Outside reception hours, we can be reached by phone.
