This comfortable condo is a stones throw away from Hyde Park and University of Chicago. The space is great for visiting parents, researchers or professors. Your room features wifi, and a 32" TV. Access to the"L", Uber, close to lake, 20 minutes from downtown (depending on traffic). Room can accommodate 3 (4 in a pinch) The space Real bed; Room can accommodate 3, two in the bed and one on an air mattress next to the bed. Very comfortable, with moderate light, one window. Free Wifi. , 32" wall mounted TV (Hulu/Netlfix). The bathroom is down the hall a bit but not too far. The guest bedroom is in the front near the kitchen and our bedroom is in the very back. If you would like to take a ride to the lake Divvy has a bicycle stand walking distance from our condo, the outdoor patio is open for the summer, if you want to enjoy the breeze or BBQ and the living room, the sectional couch, where you can be entertained by Hulu, Amazon Instant Prime or Netflix. Also, if you enjoy gaming (PS4 & Switch), that is available as well. The heating and cooling can be adjusted to your liking, so please voice your preference (there is also a heater in the room for the winter). Some closet space is available. Street parking is available. Doodash services our area and has a wide array of foods available for delivery. Uber and Lyft is convenient as well. Coffee available all day, microwave, oven,blender, toaster oven also available. Guest access kitchen, open to families, patio, LGBT friendly, cafe near by, a block and a half from the Metra, close to the University of Chicago, close to the lake, FREE wifi, FREE washer and dryer(please bring your own detergent), cabinet and fridge space.Netflix, , Hulu, Amazon Instant prime.
