Saraghina, Peaches, etc. JMZ and the G train are a 10-15 min walk with easy access to Manhattan. 30 minutes to the Lower East Side/Downtown. The space One bedroom, garden level with a full-size bed and a fold out, full-size bed in the living room. New kitchen and bath. This is a no smoking apartment. No smoking inside or on the property. No parties and no additional guests at any time. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LUGGAGE STORAGE AND EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT, thank you kindly for not asking. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment. This is a private apartment with a separate entrance on the ground floor and a private entrance in the foyer. The foyer is a shared space with us (we live in the triplex above) we will occasionally need to access this space for the utility closet and our storage space under the building stairs. Other things to note - Laundry and grocery store are on the corner - No smoking and no parties or additional guests at any time - We do not provide luggage storage, if you need to store your things outside of our check in and check out times please contact Free Your Arms New York, a local mobile luggage storage service. -We live in the triplex above the apartment - The foyer has a utility closet that is not available to guests and we will need to access it from time to time. -The backyard/garden is not accessible to guests, the rear door of the bedroom is connected to a utility room with our sauna, both doors are locked and deadbolted.
