Private golf country club setting with gated entry. Home has a great backyard with heated pool and breathtaking views of the mountains and the golf course. Very quiet and relaxing. If pool heat is requested (extra cost) we heat the pool to 88 degrees to ensure our guests comfort during the winter season. Home has high speed internet (free Wi-Fi) with digital cable (extra sports package) on the 2 Sony HDTV's plus Blu ray DVDs. As well as an additional smart TV in the master bedroom. Fry's and Safeway grocery stores are minutes away and there is a Walmart Supercenter across from the Outlet Mall that is open 24 hours. Wakeboarding and skiing are possible within 20 minutes at Lake Pleasant and downhill skiing and snowboarding are 2 hours away in Flagstaff. Take a drive to Sedona or a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Horse back riding is available in the Cave Creek area. There are many golf courses within a short drive. Enjoy watching your favorite professional sports team. Spend a day at the Outlet Mall which is located only minutes away or go to Scottsdale for some of the finest shopping available in the area.
