Enjoy the quiet cul-de-sac in front of the beautiful Neabsco Creek in Woodbridge, Virginia with 4-bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathroom, and full size kitchen and kitchenette in the basement. This house is suited for the entire family as it is close to many different bases and very close to the I-95 entrance while it is located in a very quiet neighborhood which is very close to a Marina, Leesylvania state park and many nature walks. It is very nice for people who love to fish or enjoy marine sports. My place is good for the entire family, and business travelers. Houses up to 7 people. The entire house has 4-bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathroom, and full size kitchen and kitchenette in the basement. The house has a kitchen, a living room, a family room, a laundry facility and work-out machines. The second floor has 2 rooms on the both sides of a full size bathroom with single bed each. Those rooms have a large closet, a book case, and one room has a large study table. One room in the back has a full size futon mattress on the bottom (which can be holed to a couch) and one single bed on the top (a bunk bed style). It has a large study desk and one large closet with a full size window with lots of light. Another room has a large study desk, 1 regular closet, 1 walk in closet, and a king size bed. It has a large window in the room to get enough light in the room. All the things on the 1st floor such as TV, refrigerator, kitchen (cooking pans and pots, utensils and plates etc.), living room, and work-out machines, washer, dryer on the 1st floor. The walk-out basement has large windows in 2 bedroom. It has a TV, a refrigerator, a kitchenette (an electric cooking pan, a coffee maker, a toaster, utensils and plates etc.). I love people and get to know you, but I’d like to give your own space if you need to. I made many friends who came to my place to stay in the past and I do enjoy it very much. I love to travel and I have a lot of information in this area. If you need help finding places to go, please let me know. I work for the Department of Defense and have an access to many discount tickets. The list is provided to you along with all the tour information booklets. My place is located at the quiet cul-de-sac in front of beautiful Neabsco Creek. It is very close to all bases: Fort Belvoir, The Pentagon, Ft Myer, and Quantico. Also it’s very close to Potomac Mills Mall and AMC, Leesylvania State Park, EZ Cruz Marina, nature walks, Freedom High School, and Northern Virginia Community College (walking distance). You can easily use I-95 to go to all museums and historical sites in Washington DC. It’s very close to a Wawa gas station where you can get almost everything – food, personal items and coffee etc. If you forgot any personal items, Walmart, J&J International food market, CVS, Wegmans are few minutes away from my house. The Potomac Town Center where Wegmans is located happened to be my favorite shopping area where you can see many stores where you may not find at the Potomac Mills Malls. A hidden spot museum is a Marine Corp Museum in Quantico which is very close from my house. It is free and has many displays of Marine histories and events. My place is 1 block away (a few minutes’ walk) from 2 bus lines and very close from the RE Woodbridge station. It is very accessible to many places in the Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland. The closest metro station is Springfield. Many people park their cars at the metro station to use a metro line to go to Washington DC as the parking is very difficult in Washington DC. With your car, my place is very convenient as I’m very close to an I-95 entrance. I have a cat that live in my master bedroom. It won’t go any other part of the house. I come from Japan. If you don’t mind, I’d prefer it if you can take off your shoes at the entrance (this is only applicable to the 1st and 2nd floor where carpeted). I provide the basic personal amenities as many people have their own favorite things to use. Please bring conditioners or any personal items that you use day to day.
