We are a fully licensed (STL-Ref 511069) and spacious 5 bedroom, 3 toilets(one downstairs)2 showers and 1 bath. A kitchen/diner with large dining table & fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for cooking! Our modern house is located in the affluent village of Colinton, rich in history with easily accessible public transport. We offer free & safe off street parking within a quiet,high trust neighbourhood. We pride ourselves on good higeine and offer a clean & safe environment. The space The property consists of 5 bedrooms & 1 sofa bed, 2.5 bathrooms, living room and desperate kitchen-dining room utility. Dining table for up to 10 people and lounge for up to 8. Additional chairs can be used. Upstairs has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and one ensuite. Another double room with single bed and set of bunks and a further bedroom with a 1 single bed. With a double sofa bed with a max sleeping area for 11 people. The ensuite showroom is equipped with a powerful gas shower and a family bath. Further downstairs toilet. Offering 3 separate toilets in total. In the downstairs area, the living room has comfortable, 4 reclining chairs and 2x 2 seaters and smart TV with applications such as: Netflix + YouTube etc. Separate sitting area for 2 on our comfortable sofa bed The property also has super fast WiFi and we also have a back up 5G Wi-Fi in case of emergencies. We have a downstairs bathroom/utility closet. This has a washer and dryer for our guest's use along with a drying rack and iron board if needed. Past this seating area we have a kitchen dining area with seating for 11 guests. A well equipped kitchen with Double ovens and microwave,5 gas hob. One American fridge and a separate small fridge will contain a few groceries to ensure a kickstart to your stay - Quality olive oil will be available for your cooking as well as coffee pods for the machine. Guest access The entire home is available to access as well as the garden. We have a secure car space and lots of safe off-street parking within a high trust neighbourhood. 3 separate access points. Other things to note In addition to being contactless, we offer a check-in that goes over all aspects of functionality for our facilities and appliances, so you can utilise all our resources. Not all TVs or microwaves are the same! This includes a printer and desktop PC, should you require good access for business reasons. We have super fast wifi with boosters for gold coverage as well as a back up 5G system on a separate network should this be required.
