Dreghorn House is a spacious and modern, five bedroom house. Our inviting kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils, perfect for cooking! The house has been completely transformed and underwent a massive refurb from being army/barrack house into a beautiful, bright and welcoming home located in the affluent village of Colinton, rich in history with easily accessible public transport. The space The property consists of 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room and kitchen + dining room. Upstairs has 1 double bedroom and 1 king size room with ensuite. Another room contain a set of bunk beds and the other, 2 single beds. Travel Cot is Available on Request. 1 bathroom with electric shower and bath. The ensuite is equipped with a powerful gas shower. In the downstairs area, the living room has comfortable, reclining chairs and smart TV with applications such as: Netflix + Youtube etc. The property also has super fast wifi, great for working from home and streaming online platforms. The living room also enters to the bright and warm conservatory with access to the private garden. We have a coffee/seating room alongside our half bathroom/utility closet. This has a washer and dryer for our guest's use along with a drying rack and iron board if needed. Past this seating area you are greeted by the fantastic kitchen with underfloor heating and electrical appliances. Double ovens, microwave, gas hob and a selection of teas and coffee. The small fridge will contain a few groceries to ensure a kickstart to your stay - milk, butter Quality olive oil will be available for your cooking as well as coffee pods for the machine. Guest access The entire home is available to access as well as the garden. The car space for 1 car has easy access to the side door for those who may find it difficult accessing houses with steps.
