This is half of the carriage house behind the famous Whisenant Estate in Virginia Highlands. It has been renovated, perfectly furnished, and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and bars. Small pets are okay, lets talk about it The space The apartment is 2 levels. The ground level has a living room with a small sofa and swivel chair The kitchen area has marble countertops and a small island with two bar stools. There is a washer/dryer in the closet off of the kitchen. The upper level has a bedroom with a queen sized bed, dresser, large closet, and a desk. There is also a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub shower. There are two smart TVs, there is a Hulu subscription that gets live TV and all the channels. I do cannot accept requests for short stays in the future. I usually have my smaller apartments rented for a months at a time.
