This spacious bedroom is located on the east side, with the owner on the west and two other guest rooms on the south. Perfect for a tranquil retreat or exploring La Jolla and San Diego, it provides comfortable,affortable for an unforgettable stay. It is just a mile from Pacific Beach, 4.3 miles from SeaWorld, 8.5 miles from the zoo, and 7 miles from the airport. The space You can enjoy the beautiful view of ocean/bay/skyline and the stunning neighborhood from the front patio and living room, or relax in the Jacuzzi and solar-heated pool (warmer after May). This 5,400 sq. ft. single-story home features three guest rooms in the east wing, while the host, her husband, and their 5-year-old son live on the opposite end. A formal dining room, large kitchen, and two living rooms separate the guest rooms from the host’s space. This spacious room overlooks the backyard and pool and has direct access to the pool, large patio, and side street. Occasionally guests stay in Rooms 2 and 3 in the south wing, usually as one group sharing the guest kitchen. Guest access You can enter the room either through the pool patio door leading to the side street or through the main entrance. Other things to note Please wash your own dishes, cups, and pots after using the guest kitchen, and keep the countertops clear. There is a designated drawer for storing food.
