Quiet UGA Game Day Getaway

Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but is within 10 minutes' drive of most Athens attractions! We are on a wooded lot with a back porch and creek. Our home includes a spacious kitchen and open living room and is a great option for those who want their Athens stay to feel a little more like home! The space We love our house and think you will, too! The bedrooms are spacious, ceilings are high, and it’s a wonderful place to relax. Quick note about the bedrooms: 2 of our upstairs bedrooms are connected (one walks through to the other), so that’s the only oddity that may be a consideration for large groups of unrelated visitors. You’ll love our neighborhood. Our lot feels like it’s tucked into the woods even though it’s right off a main thoroughfare. There are regularly 7-8 deer who meander down the street and often through our yard, so feel free to sit on the porch and watch them do their thing! Guest access Please feel free to use kitchen, utensils, washer/dryer, etc. We just ask that you’d treat our things the way you treat your own! Other things to note Bedroom #2 walks through into Bedroom #3 upstairs, which is the only "oddity" of the house layout. If you have a large party, we just want to make sure you're aware of this. So the room with the King and a crib is on the far side of the house and you have to walk through the room with the Queen to get to it. Interesting architectural decision, but it's worked well for us!
