Enjoy the Upper Peninsula~ Our place is in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking Lake Antoine~ ORV trails & Pine Mountain Ski Resort- fishing galore! Home is private to the guest. Queen bed, 1 bath, living area in lower level (a walk out basement); full kitchen and living space upper level. Our home has a 2 person Infrared Sauna, bar, washer & dryer, full kitchen & attached garage parking. Great for business people, couples, small families. Day bed available as well, but room is unfinished. The space This house was built by Ray and is our private home. We are snowbirds and RV throughout the year, so we have decided to rent the house as an airbnb. **Please note, it is still set up as our home not a rental. **We have pictures and our personal things that still remain in the house. We love Jesus & may have political signs in our yard as we feel it is part of our civic duty.** Stairs to the lower level are steep- if steps are an issue, you may want to keep looking~ It is an outdoor adventure area, with fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, skiing, orv, golfing, etc. Hundreds of miles of trails & ski/golf resorts minutes away Guest access Select rooms of the Upper & Lower levels of the home Garage Keypad entry Other things to note We are within minutes to Pine Mountain Ski Resort and within an hour or two of three other ski areas. Snowmobile from the house on MILES of trails! Our home is still our home, it is not just a rental. We have family pictures, memorabilia and personal items still throughout the house. Please, if us being Christian and of a conservative mind set bothers you or “makes you feel scared or insecure”, our home may not be the place to lay your weary head~ Also, all smoking, of anything, must be done outside. We have had a few guests that have left a pungent odor and it isn’t fair to us or the next guest. Please, be respectful of this situation. If it is excessive, you will be charged. Thank you~
