The space This property is conveniently located close to I-25 with 3 miles of gravel frontage road and a 1/4 mile from the frontage road on the private drive. There is some traffic noise and vehicle lights from I-25 seen at various locations. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the home and patio. Other things to note This is a working ranch so there are wildlife including deer, antelope, coyotes, rabbits, birds, bobcats, and other species that can be observed. We do run cattle and horses on this part of the ranch but they are fenced out away from the house and shed.
