FAQ #1 - Is this pet friendly or kid friendly? No unfortunately we are not. FAQ #2 - Is this an entire place? Yes it is The space This is a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a dining area is located just a block a main bus line that runs every 5-8 minutes during the day. It's a short drive or bus/skytrain ride to downtown. * We prefer people who are single travelers -- we charge an additional fee after the 1st person so please keep this in mind when booking. This extra guest fee will show up in the summary of booking. * The fully furnished suite includes: - private entrance - queen sized bed! - full kitchen with stove and dining area with fridge and microwave - full bathroom with stand-up shower - coffee, tea, sugar are provided - free wireless internet - dining table and chairs - all linens and towels FAQ - Is there a stove? Yes there is a stove for cooking but the oven is not working (no baking unfortunately). FAQ - Is the tap water safe to drink? Yes! We have the best water in the world (comes the the glacier mountains)! Some of our guests even bottle it and package it home. We look forward to seeing you soon! Other things to note The suite has a private entrance for your convenience in this suite! Check out is at 11am. Check in is at 5pm. We are listing this as a one bedroom suite. However, there are 2 bedrooms in the suite and the door to the other bedroom remains locked (the savings are passed on to you as there is less to clean which mean there is less of a cleaning fee). A note on the cleaning fee -- in order to keep the cleaning fee as low as possible, please clean the stove and wash the dishes after you use them as there will be an additional charge of $30 (on top of the $25 cleaning fee) from the cleaners. My special contract with the cleaners does not cover washing the dishes and cleaning up of the stove due to cooking. So please respect this. If you don't want to wash the dishes or clean the stove, that is totally ok, just let me know ahead of the booking so I can add the fee for the cleaning of the stove and washing of the dishes! Update April 2016 There is a stove with cooktops but the oven is currently not functioning. Please be aware of this fact when booking. Kitchen utilities are provided.
