The space ATTENTION GUESTS – Please Read Before Booking We kindly ask that you review our house rules and city requirements before requesting to book. This home may not be the right fit for everyone, as it is located in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. The Master Bedroom (the one that has a clock on top of the bed) with a Queen Bed has its own private ensuite bathroom. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The third bathroom is situated near the kitchen, making it easily accessible for everyone. 🚫 Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Once we receive your reservation request, we will respond within 24 hours. Please note that some requests may be declined if they create a 2-night gap in our calendar. 📌 City Rules & Requirements Max Occupancy: 10 guests total (including infants and daytime visitors) Minimum Stay: 3 nights Minimum Age to Book: 25 years or older Quiet Hours: 9:30 PM – 9:00 AM (outdoor spaces off-limits; no loud music or noise inside or outside) Parking: Maximum of 4 vehicles (2 in driveway, 2 in garage). No blocking sidewalks, no street parking, no RVs or trailers. Rental Agreement: All guests must sign an electronic rental agreement (sent separately after booking). City Tax: 15% Anaheim Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT). Security Cameras: Located at the driveway, front entrance, and backyard (for security only). Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the home. Any violation results in a $500 fine plus smoke remediation fees. Cleaning Policy: Excessive cleaning will result in an additional fee. Compliance: Guests must comply with all city regulations or risk fines, civil actions, or criminal charges.
