Farm Stay Overlook Apartment: Mountain Views

This 2nd floor quaint apartment feels like a beach home in the mountains, with its bead board walls and periwinkle color, but when you look out the window you clearly see all of the Swannanoa Valley and our 20 acre farm. The home sits on a plateau overlooking the valley, next to the Owner's home to the left and her daughter's home to the right. But below are green fields, riverfront access, and animals galore: donkeys, horses, goats, barn cats. You can even ask to add a carriage ride! The space This is a converted 2nd story garage apartment with two stories that are not connected. The second floor is an apartment with two bedrooms and a bath. The upstairs has bead board on the walls, giving it a feel similar to a beach house, but with mountain views. The house has heating and a/c and a complete kitchen. Guest access 20 acre farm. There are horses, donkeys, goats and barn cats on the property. Sometimes the electric fence is active, so take caution. Ask the owner if she'll go with you to visit the animals. There is river frontage: peaceful. From April to September there are beautiful flower gardens as it is a flower farm. Other things to note This is a modest unit and it is a farm on gravel roads. It's just as the photos are on this site. The owner has dogs that sometimes run freely on the property, as do the barn cats. There is a sniff spot on the farm where people can let their animals roam freely.
