Guesthouse in Cocoa

You will feel like you are in a tree house in this light and airy home. Completely renovated, tastefully decorated and well appointed second floor home close to river and walking distance from quaint Cocoa Village. The space The Tree House is a second - floor, 1100 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. It has undergone a complete renovation and boasts all modern conveniences. Due to its second floor location, it gives the feeling of being in a tree house. There is an upstairs deck with dining area that over looks the lovely landscaping, flower beds and stone pathways below. Butterflies and birds love it here! NOTE: The Treehouse is the upper level of the back house. There are two houses on the property. Below the Treehouse is a one bedroom/ one bath efficiency called the Nest and the front house (The Manor House) is the main house that sits in the front of the property. The Tree House sits on the back half of the property accessed by a side driveway. Each house has it's own private/separate laundry, outdoor areas and parking (2 spaces for Treehouse guests). They are all very private from each other and don't have shared common areas. The Treehouse is not suited for children (from toddler through pre teen) due to breakables, decor and the possibility of noise disturbance to lower unit guests from active youngsters running about. No unregistered guests permitted on property without prior approval of host. Guest access The entire house and back grounds are yours to enjoy and include: upper and lower patio tables and chairs, gas bbq, and beach chairs / umbrella. There is full laundry facility (shared with the lower level apartment) with 2 washer / 2 dryers for guest use in the garage below and parking for two cars on the property. Note: Property and amenities are for the use of registered guests only. Non registered guests are not permitted on the property, unless prior approval is obtained. Other things to note We have been Airbnb hosts for more than five years and have been so pleased with the vast majority of the guests that have stayed with us. It has been such a refreshing reminder of human goodness. I am pleased to say that it has been very rare that we have had guests that have not been respectful of our property / followed the house rules!
