It comfortably sleeps 9-14 with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms - two kings, one queen, one twin/full bunk, queen sofa sleeper and a futon for one person. This property boasts a gourmet kitchen with gas stove and under counter ice maker. Off the living area is a 1/2 bath and a screened porch overlooking the large private pool (37' x 25' and 3-6 ft. deep). The home was designed to comfortably accommodate one or two families with each bedroom having an adjoining bath and lots of room to spread out and enjoy! Third floor bonus tower room has a sofa sleeper, beverage and wet bar, 72" flat screen TV, and three balconies with spectacular gulf views. Guests will appreciate the natural gas grill, plenty of porch and pool seating and only 100 yards to the community beach access.
