Tyler Park Cottage in the Highlands

Adorable, light-filled cottage in the beloved Highlands neighborhood. An easy ten minute walk in one direction will put you on Bardstown Road, full of dining and bars, while a 15 minute walk in the other will land you in the hip Germantown-Schnitzelburg neighborhood. A short (6 minute) drive to downtown, 11 minutes to Churchill Downs. You'll find wireless internet, clean towels and sheets, basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, coffee maker, a flat screen TV with Apple TV, and keyless entry. The space This historic cottage has one bedroom and a large living room with a sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping four. We can also add an air mattress, although this would be a very cozy arrangement - best for families or very close friends. Parking shouldn't be a concern - you will find it very easy and secure to park on the street in front of the house. Street parking is free and there are no restrictions (hours, days, etc). Guest access You'll have access to the entire living area, which is the entirety of the first floor. Guests will not have access to the basement. Other things to note Please make yourself at home, but treat the space with respect. Please, no smoking inside - you're welcome to smoke in the backyard if needed.
