Ground floor: 1 x single room, 1 x kitchen, 1 x living room, 1 x terrace, 1 x bathroom 2nd floor: 2 x single rooms, 1 x twin room, 1 x bathroom. 2nd floor: 1 x drying room, ironing station. Distance: Only 4.8 km (3 miles) to the trade fair, 10 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bus and train. Take Bus No. 128 from Zeißstraße to Peiner Straße, then take U-Bahn No. 8 to Messe/Nord. There are 5 free parking spaces at the house. Fresh linens, hand towels and bath towels are changed every 7 nights. If change of guests should take place during the stay, please register before booking. Extra bed linen, bath towels, towels can be provided for a fee: €20/ per set.
