Mathis Cottage (1 mile from I-75)

The stand alone cottage sits on a semi-wooded lot with the main house approximately one mile from the interstate ramp. The great location near the interstate allows for a quick stay on a long trip. Being nestled between a couple of farms, creates a quiet and relaxing environment to escape to. Just 3- 5 miles away the typical conveniences can be found (coffee, fast food, family restuarants). Early Bird discount: Booking at least two months in advance gets you the BEST price on our place. The space The cottage is a one bedroom, one bath home complete with full kitchen and laundry room. Ideal for the frequent business traveler or the large family needing to break up a long road trip. The bedroom has a king size bed with access to the bathroom through the bedroom. The generous living room with sleeper sofa (available upon request) has a full size bunk with twin on top . A twin floor mattress that goes under the bunk is also available (upon request). The shade from the trees and the monthly treatment for pests (like mosquitoes) makes the outdoors enjoyable all year. All can enjoy the shared wooden playset, the covered patio with a swing and benches and the open space for free play. Guest access We have separate designated parking for guests. Space large enough for multiple vehicles. We can accommodate parking for large vehicles like moving trucks or vehicles towing a trailers. Advance notice and prior arrangements for parking those types of vehicles is required since they will not fit down the cottage driveway. They will be parked in a different designated area about a 50 yards from the cottage. We can be flexible with check in and check out times if notified and agreed to in advance, prior to check in. Closet in bedroom is locked and for owner use only. Wooden playset outside the fence is shared by owner and guests. Trampoline is for owner use only. Other things to note Guest are asked to share: *Vehicle information: make, model, and color of each vehicle that will be on the property *Who they are traveling with, if other guests are registered. This information is required prior to check in. We live on the property with our family so it's a safety measure we have in place to maintain a safe environment for all.
