Tranquil and enchanting get away located on 35 forested and meadowed acres with a creek and breathtaking waterfall. You can hear the ocean from the property and walking trails afford an ocean view. Individual suites are taylored for privacy, but still have access to all the common areas. Perfect for family reunions, weddings, parties, special interest groups, church retreats, business retreats or just a great family or group stay. The space Taylor Creek Lodge is 6800 sq ft and sleeps up to 28 people, and the included tree house sleeps up to an additional four, so total sleeping arrangements for up to 32. Our pricing is reflective of the first 18 guests. Additional guests are an added cost of $25 per person per night. The space is perfect for events, family reunions, weddings, parties, retreats and large special interest groups. Depending on group size and activities, outside guests not staying at the lodge that are attending events, event venue fees may apply. There is plenty of parking and 1 RV space for rent for additional sleeping (there is a max). Modern and rustic décor blended and completely furnished to include all linens, towels, toiletries. 10 bedrooms and a sleeping alcove and 3 large couches. At Taylor Creek Lodge, we have thought of relaxation and family centered activities, and you will see this thought the Lodge and the grounds. Multiple coffee, tea and refreshment stations, as well as a nightly bonfire with s'mores basket. There is an orchard with fairy lights and benches and an arbor for weddings or gatherings and in the evenings, we have a huge movie screen and play family friendly moves every night on the lawn too! Enjoy lawn games, horseshoes, our outdoor play area, gardens, hot tubs, and try your hand at gold panning in the creek. We have climbing ropes, slack line, trampoline, rope swings, old tractors to climb and play on. Our game room has air hockey, pool table, large assortment of board games and puzzles. New 2023 we have a 20x50 covered pergola for outdoor seating/ events with 3 farm tables and 30 chairs (tables/chairs available summer season only). We also have rentals available for wedding & event needs. Full rental list available upon request. Daily maid service is included. We launder towels, any needed bed changes, vacuum main areas, remove trash and restock refreshment areas. Guest access All guests at Taylor Creek Lodge have full access to our gym, sauna, hot tubs, decks, picnic areas, walking trails, western bar/kitchen/game room, guest laundry, 2 great rooms, 2 dining areas and parking. There are lots of fun things to do right here at the lodge. Trampoline, climbing ropes, slack line, nightly bonfire with s'mores, gold panning station with supplies to borrow or purchase, botchie balls, horseshoes, lots of board games, pool table, air hockey, gaming console, kitchen garden with a green house. There is a chicken house with a group of "working girls" you can help gather eggs or feed them if you like. There are also horses on the property. Other things to note Pets are allowed per Taylor Creek Lodge's pet policy and there is a $50 flat fee per dog separate pet fee. There is a total of 4 dogs maximum and NO CATS, exotics or small animals. The lodge must know in advance if there will be dogs. Dogs can only stay in the Cedar or Myrtle suites and gameroom are and all outside spaces (except fenced garden areas and livestock areas) as per Taylor Creek Lodge's pet policy. No dogs in the commercial kitchen or dining areas as this is a certified kitchen that we prepare breakfast in. Guest cannot use the commercial kitchen but have full access to the kitchen in the Gameroom/bar for exclusive use. there is a HUGE BBQ and a smoker on the back deck for use. Treehouse waivers must be signed by all guests staying in the treehouse. NO guest under the age of 12 can stay in the treehouse due to insurance policy. NO PETS allowed in the treehouse, NO EXCEPTION. You can opt to have the lodge provide breakfast for you for an added cost, and or we can add other meals like lunch, dinner, or snacks. If you add breakfasts and need special dietary consideration, just let us know, vegan, vegetarian, allergies we can accommodate. Lunch and dinners are through local caterers, and we can help set that up for your group. We can arrange for local caterers to cater events or bring in hosted bars. If you have a need, feel free to discuss with us, we can typically accommodate or help get you in the right direction. Any caterers or other vendors will be direct contract with those vendors. We just provide referrals. Bringing in outside vendors, serving alcohol at events, bringing in outside guests not staying at the lodge for events will require event insurance policy, and applicable event venue fees as per Taylor Creek Lodges Venue fees, and a Venue coordination Fee. These fees do not apply to a group renting for a gathering that do not have these things like a family reunion all staying at the lodge. There is a huge difference from renting a vacation rental for a group of 16 and having a wedding here with 100 extra guests coming and going. Thers a huge difference from 16 guests enjoying the property to 32. we do have different pricing for different sized groups, events and the needs of each type of group. All bookings for the full facility will require conversations about what type of booking this is and will need to be quoted accordingly. We do not instant book this property, and the pricing shown is the very base pricing, NOT event pricing. Air B&B does not even have the ability to offer properties with a capacity to sleep over 16. We are a VERY unique property in amenities, sleeping capacity, location and ability to host events. We are priced accordingly.
