Stream-side Mountain Home

Quaint, 900 sq ft 2 story home with a loft. It sits right next to Fountain Creek; the sleepy year round stream that is fed by the snow melt from Pikes Peak. The new well-equipped kitchen and downstairs bath were just completed. Open the windows and you'll hear the sound of the stream. On the deck is a grill and large table that seats 8-10. Across our bridge is a beautiful shaded lawn picnic area. This home sleeps 8, including the sleeper sofa. Queen in the bedroom, double bed in the loft and bunk beds in the loft. There is a full bath with tub/shower upstairs and a new full bath with shower on the main level. The new kitchen with serving bar will be a gathering place for sure.
