Washer and Dryer. Separate bedroom with the most comfortable king-size bed you've ever slept on. Two TVs. Assigned parking in secure area in back of building steps from the door. Two blocks from St. Luke's Hospital. Cozy condo on exclusive Country Club Plaza. Steps from all the shopping and restaurants. King size memory foam bed in master w/ private parking & secure entrance. Queen pull out sofa bed in living room also. Best place in KC to be close to everything. NON SMOKING! This NON-SMOKING space is in a building of four condos in the Brownstone Condos on Broadway Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri right in between The Plaza and Westport. Broadway Boulevard takes some weird turns from where it is in Westport to where it is on the Plaza. Make sure you use your GPS. For point of reference, Coopershawk Wine and Restaurant is at 47th and Broadway and the condo is two blocks to the north on Broadway. Guests have access to the entire unit. Owner is just a phone call away 24 hours a day and don't hesitate to call or text with any questions. The Plaza was the first shopping center in the world designed to accommodate shoppers arriving by automobile. The 55-acre site is about four miles south of downtown. The Kansas state line is one mile to the west. Established in 1922, by J. C. Nichols and designed architecturally after Seville, Spain, the Plaza comprises high-end retail establishments, restaurants, and entertainment venues, as well as offices. The neighborhoods surrounding the Plaza consist of upscale apartment buildings and mansions, especially those of the Country Club District built along Ward Parkway on the Plaza's southern and southwestern side. The Country Club Plaza is named in the Project for Public Spaces' list 60 of the World's Great Places. In 1925, a single strand of 16 colored lights was placed above a doorway in the Country Club Plaza to celebrate Christmas. The number of lights increased annually, inspiring an official lighting ceremony that first took place in 1930. On Thanksgiving night, tens of thousands of people visit the Plaza for the local entertainment/performances and to watch the switch-throwing to initiate the Christmas season. The "Season of Lights" is one of the city's longest/oldest traditions. The lights shine 24 hours a day into mid-January of the following year. The condo has one privately assigned parking spot in the parking lot behind the condo in space number 14. There are also lots of free parking on the street in front of condo. All
