Bunk room for overflow, but this is really perfect for just one couple :-) New well drilled in 2018, safe drinking water, but the water is discolored from the cedar tress all along the shore in this area. This is not a Ritz Carlton, but it is a wonderful nostalgic step back in time in a beautiful one of a kind setting! I live nearby, so I am hands on, if you need me! Typical "up north" cottagey neighborhood. The cottage sits off West Lake Mitchell Drive, on Paul Bunyan Drive, which hugs the lake along with other summer cottages. Large yard, picnic table, deck and outdoor gas grill. On Lake Mitchell and near several great restaurants and shopping also in downtown Cadillac. There is a book in the cottage with all kinds of area suggestions.
