This 2 bedroom/2 bath house is beautifully located among redwood trees just east of Highway One. It is quiet with sounds of distant breaking waves, miles of hiking trails many starting from the house. Use of Sea Ranch pools, tennis courts also permitted. This 1250 square foot home is perfect for one or two couples. There is a BBQ on the back deck, and a hot tub on the front deck. This is a beloved second home with lots of character. Fully equipped kitchen, guest bring their own provisions. Dining area with expandable table. Stereo,TV, washer/dryer, new fiberoptic WIFi, hot tub on front deck. Fire stick provided for TV. Water conservation is very important. No pets. There are some stairs required for entry into the house with wooden guard rails. The town of Gualala CA is just a few miles north. Very good super markets are there, gas stations, hardware stores, a few restaurants, art galleries and more. The Sea Ranch has one to three pools for member and guest use as well as tennis courts. There are many roads for recreational biking but a car is the only transportation. The road up to Sea Ranch from Jenner to the South is windy, beautiful but at points goes along high cliffs. Sea Ranch is located about 2 1/2 hours north of San Francisco, 1 1/2 hours from Santa Rosa. There is no light pollution on this part of the CA coast so star gazing can be magnificent. Weather is very temperate, a beautiful public golf course just two miles away.
