ONE DAY ADVANCE BOOKING NOTICE! Upper Loft Unit is the top floor of the guest house. With it's own entrance & deck area, No Interaction (if desired) from the lower unit is possible. Loft Supplies: Living room/kitchen area, private bathroom, large bedroom with 2 twins/1 full bed. Deck with an amazing view of the area. Guests DO HAVE FULL USE of the large yard. Guest House Has: Parking area, two Illinois river lots, electric grill, screened in porch. ALL linens, towels, Bed sheets!! The space Located in Pike County, Illinois.....FGH is located along the Illinois River, in a small town of 28 people but Can Still Provide a Safe, Quiet, Peaceful....PRIVATE Stay!!!! Owner/Operator lives 2 blocks away but is Available for ANY problems, questions, concerns--- 24/7!!! ***Local Motel charges $119.00 per night/a room. HERE YOU GET A FULL PRIVATE UNIT!! Guest access There are 12 steps up to the large, main deck where there are chairs and a table. Going up to The Loft door & top deck, an additional 12 steps up. The stairway is: 3' Wide, 9" Deep (front to back), 7-1/2" High. All Steps are Uniform in Structure. Other things to note *******AS OF 07/01/2021******* NEW WIFI!!!!! STREAMING, FACE TIME & LARGE FILES WILL BE HANDLED BY THE NEW SERVICE BEING INSTALLED. UPDATE: Since New WIFI installed......."0" GUEST COMPLAINTS!!!!!! UPDATE AS OF September, 2024: With the knowledge that Direct TV has NO techs in this are of Illinois, it was time to move on!!!! Taking Suggestions from others, ROKU LE has been installed. Guests can watch shows of Their Personal Preference...or....just what's there... ...Their Choice!!!!!
