Two bedrooms with twin beds & futon couch with double mattress. 200 sq. ft. covered balcony overlooks 5-acre forest and Church Creek --- only 75 feet away. Wrought iron furniture seats 4 for al fresco dining. The space Guests have access to garage workshop for tinkering with bicycles. Guest access Captain Harry and First Mate Glenna will take guests on a boat trip on Little Choptank and, if they are brave, out onto the Chesapeake Bay. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or kayak and make use of our 120' pier. There is a boat launch ramp in Madison MD, just a short distance away (by car or by boat). Other things to note No pets, please. The condo is perfect for two adults or two adults and a child. The condo will work fine for three adults or two adults and one or two children.
