Quail Run Cottage

The cottage is in a private rural setting conveniently located near downtown Sonoma, and is 35 miles from San Francisco. The indoor areas flow into the vine covered patio which transitions into a large lawn and orchard beyond. The space Quail Run is named after the families of quail whose habitat we share. It is a unique property that has been enjoyed by our family for 60 years. The recently renovated cottage has a great room with living area, kitchen and dining, and a bedroom that opens up to a private patio with hot tub. The great room opens up to a grape vine covered arbor and patio that transitions into a large lawn. Beyond the lawn is our orchard and past the orchard is the Freyer Creek bike path that leads to downtown Sonoma. The cottage is the only house on the two acre property. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire property Other things to note Quail Run cottage is an 1.3 miles from Sonoma's plaza. The Fryer Creek bike path is at the back of the property. The cottage is conveniently located near Whole Foods and Sonoma Market, as well as numerous wineries and restaurants.
