Near TN State Univ., Vanderbilt, Fisk & Meharry. Two blocks to Hadley Park w/ tennis courts/pool/gym. I am authorized by Metro Nashville Government to provide short term rentals at this apartment pursuant to a Short Term Rental Permit. The space The venue is family friendly. Denise has another Airbnb apartment that accommodates 6. So if you have a group of 12-13 your can book both apartments (if they are available) and your group will be in close proximity. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests will have access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment which is 1,276 sq. ft. with living room and eat-in kitchen. There will be at least two parking spaces designated for guests. A guest parking pass will be provided to be placed inside the guest's vehicle. There is also free parking on the street. The apartment has a electronic lock for easy access. Host will provide guest with the code. Other things to note -Principal renter must be at least 21 years old. -Cleaning fee: $100. Security Deposit: $100. -$25 per day per person for extra guests over 6. Maximum number of guests is 8. -In Nashville hosts are required to collect Hotel Occupancy Tax of 6% of the nightly rate and cleaning fee plus $2.50 per night and state & local sales tax of 9.25% of the rental fees. Airbnb adds the sales tax to what you see when you request a booking, but hosts must collect the hotel tax. Therefore after you book your reservation via instant book, I will send you a request for hotel taxes via the Airbnb website. For example, the hotel taxes on one night at the base rate of $200 plus $100 cleaning fee would be $20.50, for 2 nights at $200 hotel taxes would be $35.00 and for 3 nights hotel taxes would be $49.50. Add $14.50 for each additional day at the rate of $200 per day. -The apartment has a security alarm system that will not be on when you arrive. You will be given a person code so that you can use the system, if you choose to do so.
