A beautiful master bedroom with a private bathroom and a living room located in Nellie Gail Ranch, Laguna Hills, CA. Has lots of trails and a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Located 15 minutes from Laguna Beach, Laguna Canyon, and Dana Point Harbor. Located 10 minutes away from the Irvine Spectrum Center and the Mission Viejo Shopping Mall. ⚬ Lots of space for parking in the driveway. ⚬ Private entrance through the garage available so it's quick and easy for you to get in and out. Guest access ⚬ Guests have access to the living room area which has a TV and large, spacious sofas. The TV comes with free Netflix and Youtube. During your stay ⚬ Although I like to give my guests as much privacy and space as they would like, I’m also available in person most of the time and via chat 24/7. Please don’t hesitate to let me know of any concerns and questions about the home, nearby area, etc. Other things to note ⚬ We have a small dog, so NO other pets allowed. ⚬ NO smoking allowed at all. ⚬ Any damage (drink and food spills, urine, breakage, etc.) to the bed/mattress and other furniture will result in an extra charge of up to $350. ⚬ Late check-ins and late check-outs will result in an extra charge of $50. ⚬ NO additional unbooked guests allowed. ⚬ NO loud noises past 11PM.
