1 Bedroom Cottage with garage, & pergola

Quiet, private, safe, & close to everything, our comfortable 1-bedroom, 1- bath cottage accommodates up to four adults. Central H&A, 1-car garage, kitchen, full size washer and dryer, large walk-in closet, sleeper sofa, and queen sized bed makes this little house feel like home. The paved circle drive provides easy access on and off the 3-acre property, 5' high, gated, chain-link fence encloses the cottage area. Well lit, two step entrances with grab bars; perfect for seniors or business travel. The space One level, circular floor plan, plenty of grab bars, makes this cottage a clean, safe, perfect for seniors or single travelers. FYI: It is not our objective to be cheaper than a hotel; Just cleaner, quieter, and much better. The walk-in closet makes a very safe storm shelter if needed, includes luggage & shoe racks, extra pillows, linens, & a full length mirror. A queen size bed, night stand, lamps, and an 8-droor dresser complete the bedroom furnishings. The garage is great to avoid the weather or for the business traveler who doesn't need to unpack everything. Sit outside and enjoy the sunrises and sets at the pergola or sit inside in climate control and enjoy the same sights. No smoking, vaping, or offensive cooking odors in the house or face cleaning fees up to $300.00 and reflected in your review. Guest access The entire cottage and yard, circle drive, and pergola are for guest. Plenty of room for you to enjoy the outdoors. All new windows allow for fresh air, great views, and plenty of natural light. Please do not access the attic, or the locked supply closet across from the washer in the cottage. We ask that you do not enter the main house & deck, detached garage, & pool area. Other things to note We do not have a dog however,our neighbors dogs; Bella-a mix and Zoey- Jack Russel, are extremely friendly and think all garages have treats. The are not out all the time, and can not get into the cottage area when the gate's are closed. Please specify if you prefer gates open or closed upon arrival. Again we have a no pet policy.
