Close to Gacilly, Rochefort-en-Terre and the Nantes-Brest Canal, 45 minutes from the beaches. Our cottage can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably installed in 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a shower room and toilet. The house has a large equipped kitchen, a games room with pool table, foosball table, darts and a lounge area. Outside, a zip line, slide, swing, trampoline, a large 4000 m2 lot and garden furniture. The space The vacation rental is composed as follows: 2 bedrooms for 2 people that can possibly accommodate a crib. 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a 140 x 190 cm bed, and a 90 x 190 cm bed. 1 bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed, and three 90 x 190 cm beds. The entire cottage as described in the listing is privatized during your stay, so there will be no people other than you in the common areas. When you arrive, beds will be made and towels will be available to you. The gite has a Senseo pod coffee maker and a filter coffee maker. Guest access The cottage's private parking is located at the rear of the building and allows you direct access to your accommodation (follow the signs for Oust au Lit). Other things to note The cottage has been designed to meet up with families or friends in a respectful atmosphere of the neighborhood. We live in a part of the building ourselves. Therefore, we are not able to host festive events.
