spacious gîte Oust Au Lit

Close to Gacilly, Rochefort-en-Terre and the Nantes-Brest Canal, 45 minutes from the beaches. Our cottage can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably installed in 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a shower room and toilet. The house has a large equipped kitchen, a games room with pool table, foosball table, darts and a lounge area. Outside, a zip line, slide, swing, trampoline, a large 4000 m2 lot and garden furniture. The space The vacation rental is composed as follows: 2 bedrooms for 2 people that can possibly accommodate a baby bed. 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, I can also add a 140 x 190 bed and a 90 x 190 bed. 1 bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed, in which three 90 x 190 beds can be added. The entire gite as described in the listing is private during your stay, so there won't be anyone else but you in the common areas. When you arrive, the beds will be made and towels will be available to you. The cottage has a Senseo pod coffee maker and a filter coffee maker. Guest access The cottage's private parking is located at the rear of the building and allows you direct access to your accommodation (follow the signs for Oust au Lit). Other things to note The cottage was designed to meet with family or friends in an atmosphere that respects the neighborhood. We live in part of the building ourselves. As such, we won't be able to host festive events that may cause noise pollution.
