Our lovely private quiet 2 bedroom (plus Queen sofabed in living room) Carriage House sits behind our main house in the historic Whittier neighborhood. 2 blocks from beautiful City Park (trails, lake, boathouse, playground, tennis, and golf), Denver Zoo, Museum of Science & Nature. Walk to cafe's, uptown restaurants, uptown medical center. Close to Downtown, 16th Street Mall, Union Station, LoDo, Coors Field, RiNo Arts District, Botanic Gardens. 5-10 minutes from everywhere! The space You will feel at home in this quiet newly remodeled carriage house, peaceful yet so close to everything Denver has to offer. Exposed brick walls, wood floors, high ceilings, stainless steel/granite kitchen, with original art throughout this beautiful retreat. Full kitchen with cooking supplies, hi speed WiFi and a Roku Smart TV where you can access Netflix and your other channels (no cable at this time). Relax and Enjoy! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, all to yourselves, for your entire stay. Other things to note Parking is widely available on the street in front of the main house. Front of house has a small patio area with a table and four chairs. No parties are allowed. Please respect neighborhood quiet hours of 10pm to 7am. 6 person max. No pets.
