Our cozy cottage lies in the heart of the popular Normaltown neighborhood in Athens. Easy access by foot/car to local bars, restaurants, parks and other amenities. Downtown Athens and the UGA campus are just a short jaunt away! One of two identical units (each completely separate with private entrances and ventilation), the traditional shotgun style features one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen/eating area, and a living room. The space Our cottage is centrally located in Normaltown, a popular neighborhood in Athens, GA. It's conveniently located between downtown Athens/campus and all of the westside Athens amenities (less than 3 minutes away from Alps Road shopping center; just over 2 miles from Sanford Stadium; and a quick ride to the Oconee Connector mall). The cottage is comprised of two identical, side by side 1BR/1BA units completely separate from each other and with private entrances and ventilation. This unit has 1 bedroom with a full bed and 1 bathroom, a living space with cards and coloring items, Roku TV, a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and other essentials (including wi-fi!). Enjoy a glass of wine, a good book or nap in our cozy space in the heart of Normaltown. The cottage has a lush side yard to rest and relax - get some fresh air or enjoy a quiet tarry with a cocktail. Sleeps 2 in the bedroom and can comfortably accommodate another small child or baby. Other things to note This is a 1940s cottage with original floors and not the RITZ. If you are looking for charm, this is it. If you need anything at all, PLEASE ask during your stay.
