Our custom home is convenient to many area attractions! Six Flags, Cowboy Stadium, Ranger Ballpark & DFW airport are close by! This home recently underwent a major remodel! Renovated from ceiling to floor. It was completely and exquisitely updated! Tesla EV Charger on-site! A private queen sized bedroom located on the second floor. (Requires walking up one flight of stairs) Home is not set up for children. Adults only, please! The space This well maintained home and grounds are in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a beautiful, safe neighborhood! Home is a pet dander free, non-smoking, non-vaping, allergen free property. Please, no smokers or pets! Note: This room has a Jack and Jill bathroom which is shared with another room. We try our best to not take reservations for both rooms on the same date to allow for a totally private bathroom. Guest access Guest will have access to all common areas! TV room is equipped with a full surround sound system on a 70" 4K UHD widescreen tv with Dolby Atmos surround sound! DVR allows you to record the big game and replay as you wish! Wireless internet provides access though out the house or as you are lounging by the hot tub or pool! All common areas are available for our guests. Kitchen, Breakfast nook, Formal Dining Room as well as Formal Living area are all available for your enjoyment. There is also a well stocked laundry room. Attention Tesla and EV car owners: We now have a Tesla 60 amp/240 V charger available! During your stay Eddie and Elaine are here to help with any of your needs. We can arrange to drop you off and pick you up from the nearby attractions, allowing a relaxing way of getting to and from your day's activities! (Our schedules permitting!) Other things to note Separate restroom access from pool and Hot Tub area. The pool bath is directly accessible from the patio. It has been completely remodeled to include a steam shower, rain shower head, custom lighting and a heated floor! Also: There are no hidden fees from the homeowner. We do not charge a cleaning fee and our cancellation policy is 100% refundable 5 days prior to check in!
