Lovingly named Camp Jackson for the joy of family gatherings. Downstairs, Unit C has been completely remodeled. Four houses and a walk across the street to the beach. Quick walk to the Village. Enjoy ocean sunsets. Front patio is fenced and has a table for 6, fire pit, and couch. King bed in bedroom with back patio door. West Elm Tillary Sofas sleeps two. Shared laundry room, beach gear and towels provided. Off street parking. Pets welcome, $50 nightly fee ($100 max chg per dog). No Smoke The space Camp Jackson is where you want to be to enjoy what Carlsbad Village has to offer. Downstairs newly renovated Unit C is a couple of minutes to the beach and Carlsbad Village where most venues are dog friendly. Dogs are not allowed on Carlsbad beach but are welcome at the lagoon on Bayshore St. We rarely use our car. If you bring your pet, they enjoy lounging on the front patio while you enjoy the view of the ocean. Direct TV, smart tv, dvd and high speed ATT wifi in unit. The well stocked kitchen has a large island with 4 bar stools for dining. Drip coffee maker. Large bathroom with sliding barn door to bedroom and separate entrance from living room. Bathtub with ADA handrails. West Elm sectional sofa that is the size of two twins are comfortable for two to sleep. Back door to cozy sitting area and shared laundry facility room. Barbecue is in the back yard. Hand held shower and hose to remove sand on outside of Unit. Bringing your pet? The nightly pet fee is $50. The couch is slip covered. Please provide your own personal TV apps. Unit C parking is small right next to Unit C side fence. We drop off passenger and back into space. A big vehicle will be difficult to park. Usually parking out on curb in front of Unit C is available. PER CITY OF CARLSBAD UNIT C CAN ONLY BE LISTED AS 3 PERSON CAPACITY. Guest access You may access beach toy storage by BOTH sides of cabinet located behind Units A and C. The washer and dryer are located behind Unit C and all units have access to the laundry room. Please provide you own laundry soap and no charge for machines. All units have access to gated side yard where trash bins are located which need to be put at curb Sunday night for Monday garbage pick up. Shower and hose are also in this area to wash off sand. There are motion lights for safety. A couple of stairs near laundry room to navigate. Other things to note You are part of a triplex unit. We have done our best to insulate the property to keep noise at a minimum. You will be able to hear upstairs footsteps at times. This is a NONSMOKING property. Ceiling fans are in all rooms. Upon your booking, please let us know if you plan to bring your pet. Pets are permitted with up to date vaccinations, clean fur and trimmed nails. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture. If you bring your pet, we do place slip covers on the couch . After arrival, a $50 per day (two night max charge of $100), per dog pet fee request will be issued through Airbnb. Any pet that is disruptive to any other units will not be tolerated. If your dog is disruptive there are solution options. You will need to kennel your dog off the property, never leave your dog unattended or be asked to leave Camp Jackson with your pet and no refund given. We do supply two dog dishes. Unit C parking spot is small. You will receive your door entry code at time of booking. To access Netflix and Prime, you will need YOUR account information and PW.
