Welcome to the heart of Muskoka! A cozy 100 year old traditional Muskoka cottage that's been in our family for 5 generations. Up-to-date amenities, fresh linens, spotless kitchen and bathroom, BBQ, and large front deck. Situated on the Joe River on Lake Rosseau, the cottage is setback 300 feet from the shoreline with forested view of the lake from the front deck. Guests have private use of the dock and are welcome to enjoy any other areas of the property including fire pit and lawn for games. The space Historical four bedroom cottage built by our ancestors in 1923. Please note, the cottage is on shared property with main house where we will be throughout your stay in case you need anything. The cottage is set back about 300 feet from the shoreline with forest in between. Guests have private use of the dock. Guest access 5 acre property with house and guest cottage. Your group will have the entire guest cottage to yourselves, which has a large front deck with patio furniture and outdoor dining table.
