The bottom floor is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. It’s used as a long term rental. Please note there are stairs leading to the main floor as well as the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a California king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third has a full bed. All the personal touches make Lincoln View the perfect home away from home. **While this listing is new, we are not new hosts. The downstairs apartment that is currently being used as a long term rental has also been used as a short term rental and received rave reviews. **We like to mix things up, so please note the decor does change from time to time. **Safety: Your safety is our foremost concern. Because this is a view home with decks, this location is not suitable for children. The rooftop deck as well as the deck off the master bedroom have exterior cameras. Cameras are NOT used inside the home. Please do not lean on, touch or sit on any deck railings. **As mentioned in the description, guests are required to sign a rental agreement at the time they book the reservation. **Lincoln View is not able to accomodate pets at this time. Guest access You will stay on the top two floors. The downstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is also available for rent. Other things to note This is a large property.
