Guest access • Guests will have access to the entire apartment suite, so make yourself at home. * The corporate suite is surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, lounges, salons, grocery stores and Midtown Center Marta Train Station located approximately 1 mile driving distance. • Keyless entry with our remote access smart lock with keypad. • Walking distance to Georgia Tech. •.Access to the Smart Thermostat for a comfortable room temperature. • Guest will be provided with a key fob to freely access the highly secured building, garage, elevator, and community amenities. • Great Swimming, Dining, Fitness, Entertainment, and Socializing with an awesome view of the city from the private balcony. Other things to note RENTAL AGREEMENT * Guest will receive a Rental Agreement to review & sign prior to travels. PHOTO ID • Photo ID is required prior to check-in. SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD • Suite Connect manages all refundable security deposits without applying a charge. • Guests must place a $350 security deposit HOLD on their credit card for reservations lasting 60 days or less, covering potential incidentals. The hold is released upon check-out and property inspection if no incidents occur. • Cash platform options are available for those who prefer not to use a credit card. • Security deposits ranging from $350 to $1500 depending on the length of stay. PARKING & VEHICLE REGISTRATION * Vehicle registration is required. LUGGAGE HOLDS • We are unable to hold luggage before check-in or after check-out, so please plan accordingly. NOTE: The swimming pool is a seasonal amenity, typically opening in May and closing after Labor Day. During the pool opening season, the pool and other community amenities may close on occasion for maintenance without notice.
