Charming Los Gatos Cottage B.

My one bedroom, one bath cottage B is a private getaway for the vacationing, or working professional. I offer a private living space with patio and kitchenette. A quiet, peaceful, location, central to all Bay Area attractions and businesses. The space Welcome to Los Gatos Cottage B, my light and bright one bedroom cottage is a 10min walk to the heart of downtown Los Gatos with all its fabulous shops and restaurants. You will find a separate bedroom, living area with soft couch, full bath and a kitchenette with a private yard and grill. We also offer storage for personal things and/or a bike. Whether you're on a business trip, or vacation this is an ideal place to stay as a home away from home. There is complete privacy with your own private entrance. The space will comfortably fit 2 adults. If Cottage B is booked try Cottage A or C Guest access As my guest you will have access to the following: King Bed, on-site laundry, free WIFI, a gas grill, desk, microwave, coffee maker, TV with Netflix, and other streaming applications. Other things to note PETS: - -- Dogs -- Are allowed on a case by case basis. Here are a few points that I will consider before hosting your stay in my cottage with your dog. - I will not host dogs that are larger than 25lbs - I will only host dog breeds that do NOT shed normally - Your dog should not bark and cry a lot - Dogs will need to remain OFF the bed, couch and other furniture at all times - If your leaving your dog in the cottage alone for long amounts of time it will need to be kept in a crate. - Depending on the breed of dog I may require an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $300.00 at move in. -- Birds -- - Must not be loud and sing or talk alot - Must remain covered when not at home - Must remain in there cage at all times -- Cats -- - Owner discretion Ideal Location close to everything: 5 mins to - Downtown Los Gatos 15 mins to Redwoods and camping 10 mins to - San Jose 25 mins to - Santa Cruz / beach 60 mins to - San Francisco 2 Hours to Sacramento 3 1/2 hours to Lake Tahoe Very Close to some of biggest well known companies. 10 mins - Adobe 10 mins - Apple 20 mins - NVIDIA 20 mins - Microsoft 20 mins - TiVo 10 mins - Netflix 10 mins - ROKU 10 mins - G00G1E You can walk to downtown from the cottage B with little effort :)
