The back deck supporting the hot tub is on the main level directly outside the main living area. The space The property includes a duplex with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. An open main living area includes a modern kitchen, dining area and living room with cathedral ceilings. The living area includes floor to ceiling windows with spectacular mountain views. Doors from the living area provide access to a private deck with a gas grill and hottub, backing up to a large green space. The three bedrooms include a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen bed shares a bathroom with a third bedroom that has two full beds. In addition, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The property has a one car garage and a large driveway that accommodates multiple cars. Restaurants and shops are located within a couple of blocks. Additionally, the property is close to the Frisco transfer center that accommodates shuttles from the airport and the free Summit Stage buses that travel to all of the Summit County Ski resorts including Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and A-Basin. Vail is about a 25 minute drive from the property. Both Frisco's Main Street and Lake Dillon are a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Please note that we allow up to two dogs without any pet fee. We do not allow cats. Please let us know about your dogs in advance. We and our local managers appreciate this. Other things to note Dog moms and dads, please pick up outside after your fur babies. Please do not allow them to relieve themselves on the deck. Inside the house, if your fur baby sneaks up on beds, please bring his or her own favorite blanket to cover the beds to keep our cleaning staff from quitting.
