Nestled in a quiet part of upper Kodaikanal and with a panoramic view of the valley, this intimate and stylish 3 bedroom villa is the perfect getaway in Kodaikanal. Being just 4 kms from the famous lake and centre of town makes it the idle location - away from the hustle and bustle and yet close enough to hop over if you so wish! This charming and cosy room has a lovely view of the garden and the valley beyond. With a King size bed, the room is perfect for a couple. It has an en-suite bathroom. The space The Xanadu Meghadhootam is a stylish 3 bedroom villa and can accommodate 6 adults. The ground floor houses the common Living cum Dining room, Kitchen and this Double room with an attached bath. The first-floor has the Family Suite - a Double room and a Twin room with a shared bathroom. If you book the villa you may be sharing the room with other guests who have booked the Family Suite. The cozy Living room with a large flat screen smart TV with Tata Sky and Netflix connection plus the wi-fi connection is the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Our team will be delighted to set up a roaring bonfire for you in the evening. The charming verandah overlooking the garden and the rolling hills is the perfect spot for a cup of tea. For the more adventurous, the large pear orchard at the back is the right place for a mini trek without stepping out of the property. And the View Point perched high above the villa offers a panoramic view of the picturesque landscape. The Activity Room is the perfect place if you want to indulge in a game of Table Tennis, Carrom, Board games or pick up a book for a quick read. Enjoy your time amidst nature and feel your stress melt away - the lush greenery, azure blue sky, chirping birds, colourful flowers, walks through dense mist, star filled night sky and so much more. Guest access Guests have access to the Living cum Dining room and verandah of the villa as well as the garden, all outdoor areas and the Games Room in the adjoining villa. They may have to share the common areas in the house with other guests staying in the Family Suite of the same villa and the outdoor areas with other guests. During your stay This is a fully serviced villa and we have a dedicated team on site 24x7. Other things to note FOOD ~ Food is an important part of a holiday and we offer delicious, freshly cooked home fare to our guests. ~ Breakfast is complimentary. ~ Lunch/ dinner and snacks is available on pre-ordering at an additional cost. ~ Since each meal is prepared fresh and from scratch, please inform the staff at least 4 hours in advance so that we can serve you better and on time. ~ We serve vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. ~ The kitchen is for staff use only. You can let them know if you have any special meal requirement and we will be happy to prepare the same for you. ~ Barbeque is available on extra charge.
