This spacious ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has two bedrooms, a spacious walk-in bathroom, and an equipped kitchen. The apartment also has two verandas one with beautiful sea view, and another overlooking the mountains and the surrounding area. A complimentary breakfast buffet is available from 1th May to September 30th. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of €120 will be required. This amount will be fully retured We don't provide luggage storage services. Guest access Hello, our property is located just few meters from the bus stop and is the first property you will see when entering the area. Before going to your room, please stop by our office to collecy your key and will guide you to your room. Kindly inform us of your arrival time on the same day or one day in advance. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, please take a look at the basic rules of the property: ✅ Check-in time: From 15.00 ✅ Check-out time: Until 12.00 🚭 Smoking: Not allowed inside the accommodation 🚭 😼Pets: NOT allowed, Please do NOT feed or leave the accommodation's cats inside your premises or in your yards. Cats are NOT allowed on your table or chairs inside/outside, are NOT allowed to eat your food, are NOT allowed to be fed in the breakfast area. ⏰ Quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours and be quiet between [14.30– 17.00 & 23.00- 7.00] 👫 Visitors: Only people included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. 🔌 Please do not leave the air conditioners on when you are away from the room, to avoid unnecessary electricity consumption and overloading the systems. 🚿 After bathing, leave the bathroom window open to let the humidity escape and ventilate the space. 🧴 Please do not use the towels provided for removing makeup or sunscreen. Special makeup remover wipes have been placed in your room for this purpose. 🌞 In the morning, before leaving the room, please half-close the shutters, to maintain the coolness and protect the space from the intense heat. 🌧️ In case of strong wind, please keep the windows closed. Also, in case of rain, keep the shutters closed / half-closed, to protect the space and prevent water from entering your space. Additionally, upon your arrival you will have to pay the environmental tax/fee in cash. Additionally, at the check in you will have to pay the security deposit of 120€ in case of a damage in the property.
