This two bedroom, two bath corner condo is right on the sands of Imperial Beach in sunny San Diego. The condo boasts stunning views of Coronado and the Downtown San Diego skyline. Enjoy the complex's pool/spa after a fun day out exploring. The flourishing neighborhood of Imperial Beach is teeming with restaurants and shops and just a short drive to San Diego's other vibrant neighborhoods. The world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Petco Park, Balboa Park and many other exciting attractions are about 20 minutes away by car or uber. The unit is fully stocked with linens, pots and pans, and a keurig coffee maker. There are two parking spots in a gated garage with elevator access from the garage to the top floor of the building. Self check-in via a lock box allows for flexibility. ***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico’s water treatment pumps, swimming is not advised to at this time.. They test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity you are looking for, I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***
